The High Court on Tuesday ordered suspension of sentence of two girl candidates who were convicted by a trial court here in a paper selling scam of CET conducted by Board of Professional Entrance Examination (BOPEE) in 2012.
A bench of Justice Sanjeev Kumar in two separate orders suspended the sentence of Arooj Mushtaq and Mehvish Bashir who were sentenced to undergo a simple imprisonment of one year by the court of Special Judge Anti-corrption Srinagar.
