Srinagar: The southern Kashmir township of Tral in Pulwama district is observing a complete shutdown to mark the first death anniversary of Hizb ul Mujahideen commander Sabzar Bhat and his associate Faizan Bhat.
All shops and other business establishments are closed in the town while public transport is off the roads.
