Bandipora 07 September :  After huge blast like sound was heard near panchayat ghar, massive fire engulfed Block office building in Aloosa village of north Kashmir’s Bandipora district on Thursday night around 2:00 am.

 

“At around 2:00 am last night, huge blast like sound heard in panchayat ghar followed by fire in block office building which created panic among people”, according to reports reached to Local News Agencies.

 

“A poster of militant outfit Laskhar toiba was posted at bathroom door which reads “All people are requested not to participate in upcoming Panchayat elections, if anyone found directly or indirectly involved, they will face punishment.

 

“From last few days this block is much involved in running election campaign, and most of them are block employees, this is last warning,” it reads.

 

The poster has a stamped of district commander Bandipora, written on Laskhar toiba letterhead. “We are investigating the case and verifying the credentials of the posters,” said officials. (Agencies)
