Bandipora:  An independent candidate from Nathpora here on Monday charged Congress legislator Usman Majid of bogus voting.

Mohammad Akram Wani, who is trying his luck from Ward number 14, Nathpora, alleged that the Congress leader used cops to poll votes for his brother Khurshid Ahmad, who is one of the contestants from the ward.

“The four votes cast so far at the ward are bogus as none of the persons is from the village. They are all policemen,” Wani said.
