Srinagar: The Sumbal municipal committee in Bandipora district has recorded 28.64 percent voter turnout in till 2 pm in the ongoing second phase of civic polls.A total of 2277 votes were cast which include 1203 from males and 1074 from females.
In Watergam Municipal Committee just 5.18 percent voting was recorded till 2 pm. Of 270 votes, only 14 were cast.
