Srinagar: Voter turnout continues to soar in the border town of Uri in northern Kashmir’s Baramulla district where 72.69 percent voters have exercised their franchise till 2pm today.

Among the voters, 1275 were men, while 1307 were eligible female voters, officials told that the poll percentage at 2 pm was recorded 72.69.

The Uri municipal committee has a total of 3552 registered voters
