New Delhi: The alleged person who attacked Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal with chilli powder has been arrested by police and has said that the person is “unstable and incoherent”.

He has been identified as 40-year-old Anil Kumar Sharma.

“He threw red chilli powder at Kejriwal outside his chamber at the Delhi secretariat and had come to his office on the pretext of giving a letter to Kejriwal,” media reports said.

He was jointly interrogated by Intelligence Bureau, special cell and local police and was found unstable and incoherent, reports quoted Delhi police.

Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has accused the BJP of hatching a conspiracy to carry out fatal attack on the Chief Minister in collusion with the Delhi Police.
