Srinagar: Bharatiya Janata Party national general secretary on Thursday said that the PDP and NC who were trying to form a government in Jammu and Kashmir, probably had fresh instructions from across the border to form the government.

“PDP & NC boycotted local body polls last month because they had instructions from across the border. Probably they had fresh instructions from across the border to come together & form govt,” Madhav told news gathering agency ANI.

Madhav did not directly mention Pakistan while referring to “across the border.”
