Shopian: Suspected militants on Friday abducted a youth from a village in south Kashmir’s Shopian district.
A police official said that suspected militants abducted a youth, Basharat Ahmad from Rebon village at around 4:30pm on Friday.
The police official said Basharat was a former SPO.
Last week in a series of abductions carried out by militants in south Kashmir, eight were picked up in which two were killed while as six others released.(Agencies)
