Jammu: Jammu Kashmir Bachao Tehreek” and Former Minister Mr. Abdul Gani Vakil today exhorted people to forge unity to join his movement against dynasty politics and family rule propagated and implemented in PDP and National Conference. Vakil reiterated that the dynasty politics is the root cause of all ills in Kashmir, saying that the menace of corruption, favouritism, hardships and miseries faced by people of the State are all because of this family rule that has left “J&K in a state of suffering”.
Vakil said that people here are completely fed up of the exploitative political tactics and gimmicks of NC and PDP and added that PDP and NC has set a goal of flourishing their respective dynasty and dynastic centric politics without caring for poor people. He said that both these regional parties never ever bothered about innocent people or their interests but preferred either to stay in power or grab it at any cost. Whenever these parties contest elections everyone hears their loud slogans of Autonomy and Self-rule besides other exploitive speeches but important issues of development, unemployment and cause of alienation always get omitted from their preferences Vakil added.
He said until people uproot these two political dynasties, the oppression and brutality will continue on the common people and there will be no light at the end of the tunnel till these two dynastic parties are not rooted out of Kashmir politics.
Mr Vakil said, Jammu and Kashmir Bachao Tehreek has come to the front with a sole motive to get rid of off this family rule of both Sheikhs and Muftis, that they need the support and cooperation of people to take this “movement against dynastic politics” to its logical conclusion. “Only then Kashmir will prosper and all outstanding issues will get resolved,” he added. Vakil was addressing core group of party today at Gandhi Nagar Jammu.
Vakil said if the leadership of NC had not made political deceptions with the people of the State from time to time, its leaders would not face boos and boots both in and outside the country. “The present mess in Kashmir is because of the National Conference.
Vakil said, people should come forward to stop the rise of dynasty politics and family rule propagated and implemented by Muftis and Abdullahs, Vakil appealed like minded people to join the struggle of his party “Jammu Kashmir Bachao Tehreek” against the dynasty politics and family rule of both Muftis and Abdullahs in the state.
