Tral: Unknown gunmen on Friday shot at and injured a resident of Tral in south Kashmir’s Pulwama district.

A police official said that gunmen fired at Simranjeet Singh, son of Nanak Singh at his native Khasipora village of Tral.

Singh, he said, received injuries in his abdomen and chest in the attack.

He was rushed to SMHS hospital Srinagar in a serious condition, said the official.
