Srinagar JAN 13: A Complete Shutdown is being observed in parts of kulgam And shopian against killing of Al badr commander zeenat ul islam and his associate.
It is pertinent to mention that the slains were killed in an encounter which broke out on saturday evening at khatpora area of kulgam,after government forces had laid cordon and searches after recieving credible inputs about militants presence.
However life returned to normalcy in south Kashmir’s pulwama after observing day long shutdown yesterday against the killing of slains.
