SRINAGAR, JAN 19 : Congress Leader Kadfeen Chowdhary has expressed serious concern over the negligence of Doctors forcing a ST women to leave the LD Hospital resulting in the lady delivered on road.
Described the incident as shameful, deplorable act on the part of Doctors present on duty, Kadeen urged upon Governor S.P. Malik to take strong notice of the matter.
He expressed anguish over this tragic incident hoping that authorities will take effective measures to ensure treatment of patients coming to hospital from far off places, besides ensuring that no other lady is forced to turn away without treatmen
