Srinagar: Mohammad Sadiq Baqal, the president of KTMF has expressed deep anguish and sorrow over the death of an infant when the mother was refused admission in the LD Hospital.He asserted that the Doctors have to rise above the criteria of Administration and understand their commitment to Humanity. The administrative matter of referrals from peripheral hospitals is a matter of administration and it has no relevance when it comes to Life and Death. Demanding stern action against not only against the concerned doctor but also against higher ups who give instruction of refusal to admission based on peripheral references.
