Watali Had Retired From His Position On January 31
Srinagar:- Former Indian Police Service (IPS) officer Shafqat Ali Watali on Friday has joined National Conference in presence of the party president Dr Farooq Abdullah.
Watali a former Inspector General Of Police rank officer had retired from his job on January 31.
NC Vice President Omar Abdullah and other senior leaders were also present on the occasion.
