Srinagar, Mar 24 : Continuing its drive against the menace of illicit liquor launched by District Police Doda today on a specific information about the sale of illicit liquor, Police teams of PS Bhaderwah led by SHO PS Bhaderwah Inspr. Munir Ahmed Khan and Iftkhar Ahmed SDPO Bhaderwah laid a naka at zero point Nalthi and arrested one notorious bootleggers namely Zaffrullah S/o Rashed Ahmed R/o Puneja who was selling illicit liquor to the youth.

During search 14 quarters and one bottle of Illicit liquor recovered from his possession.

In this regard FIR .no 27/2019. U/s 48 (f) Excise Act registered at Ps Bhaderwah and Started the investigations.

Arrests were made Under the Supervision of Raj Singh Goria Add. SP Bhaderwah and on the directions of Shabir Ahmed Malik SSP Doda.

People appreciated the efforts of Doda Police in curbing the menace of Illicit liquor and drug abuse in Bhaderwah.
