Bandipora, Mar 18: Despite the clear directions from J&K UT government to avoid all public and official gatherings across Kashmir in the wake of Coronavirus, the Business Process Outcome (BPO) centre is still functional for all the employees near about 120 amid the grim situation prevailing across the valley.

According to Wire Serviceโ€”Kashmir News Observer (KNO), sources in BPO centre Bandipora said that, they have not received yet any precautionary measures or advisory from the authorities despite 120 employees without any check are still working both (males and females) in the centre.

Sources said that despite government directions to avoid the mass gatherings but the employees of BPO center is still working with 120 employees at least 16 hours work here in district administration complex Bandipora putting the lives of hundreds of employees in risk amid the scares of COVID-19.

A group of employees, while talking to KNO said that they are working as per our shift and we have not received yet any advisory from our management despite the threat of covid-19 has locked down the whole world.

However, when contacted concern manager of Bandipora BPO center, Sameer Zargar said that “he will not talk about it, on phone, you can come to our office and talk to us.โ€ However, he was in hurry to drop the phone without divulging the other details regarding advisory โ€”ย (KNO)
