Baramulla, Aug 24: A soldier who had sustained burn injuries in kerosene pipeline blast in North Kashmir’s Baramulla succumbed to his injuries at 92 Base Army Hospital Srinagar.

The deceased soldier has been identified as Sepoy Manish of 11 Mahar.

An official told news agency KNT that a case was filed at Police Station Bijhama area of Baramulla after Subaidar Trinath and Sepoy Manish of 11 Mahar, while on duty at Jaggu Post received burnt injuries outside the Post from Kerosene Pipeline blast.

Both the soldiers were shifted to 92 Base Hospital Srinagar for treatment where Sepoy Manish succumbed to his injuries. (KNT)
