Srinagar, Apr 19: Private Schools Association of Jammu and Kashmir (PSAJK) has hailed the decision of government to appoint Tassaduq Hussain Mir as Director School Education Kashmir (DSEK).

The Association termed it as a good step and hoped that the appointment of Tassaduq Hussain Mir will go a long way in taking forward the education sector on a modern progressive path. The Association said that Tassaduq Hussain Mir is known for his work rendered during his previous positions and expressed their firm belief that he will continue to deliver in his new posting as Director School Education Kashmir. “At present the Education sector in Kashmir is facing number of challenges and issues. Overcoming these challenges requires complete synchronisation and cooperation from various stakeholders,” said G N Var president PSAJK. “We welcome Tssaduq Hussain Mir to his new posting. We at the Association will be extending our wholehearted support to every initiative taken by the new incumbent for the betterment of students, parents, teachers and educational institutes.”
