PULWAMA, JUNE 28: As per the Calendar issued by the National Legal Service Authority, a National Lok Adalat is scheduled to be held on July 10 at District Court Complex Pulwama and in all other Courts of the district.
The Cases pertaining to Criminal Compoundable Offence, N.I. Act U/sec 138, Bank Recovery Cases, MACT Cases, Matrimonial Disputes, Labour Disputes etc are expected to be settled through amicable settlement in the said National Lok Adalat.
All the interested litigants are hereby informed to approach the respective Courts through their counsel where their cases are presently pending for amicable settlement in the scheduled National Lok Adalat to be held on 10 July, 2021 (Saturday).
