A family from Chadora town of Central Kashmirโ€™s Budgam district Friday appealed to the police to solve the case of the mysterious death of their loved one and arrest the guilty without any delay.

Pertinently, Sameer Ahmed Bhat son of Manzoor Ahmed Bhat, a resident of Dharambagh Kralpora area of Chodura died at Sub District Hospital Chodura in mysterious circumstances.

Parents of Sameer in a letter have claimed that Sameer was carrying Rs 2500 which he was intending to give a man for business purpose when he left the house to offer late afternoon prayers at a local mosque.

โ€œWe were surprised when being informed that the dead body of Sameer is lying at SDH Chadora. The cash he was carrying was missing. He was brought to the hospital by his two friends. We appeal to the police to investigate the matter so that reality comes to the fore,โ€ the letter addressed to SHO reads.

The family said that they donโ€™t know how Sameer died but want the police to investigate the matter. โ€œSameer was the father of two kids including a baby 40 days old. He left home hale and hearty only to return dead,โ€ they said adding that if his two friends took him to the hospital why they didnโ€™t inform the family and left the hospital without talking to anyone?
