Security forces have encircled a group of terrorists and the exchange of heavy fire has once again started on the second day at Samnoo village of Kulgam, officials said Friday
Officials told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that after night-long lull the area was rattled with heavy exchange of gunfire between the trapped terrorists and the security forces today morning.
He said the operation is jointly being carried by army’s 34 Rashtriya Rifles, elite 9 Para special forces, police, and CRPF.
“Top brass of army and police is monitoring the operation,” he said—(KNO)
