The Jammu and Kashmir government has ordered freezing of boundaries of administrative units including districts and tehsils in the Union Territory till completion of census 2021.
According to a notification, a copy of which lies with KNS, the government has ordered freezing of boundaries of districts, tehsils, municipalities, towns, revenue villages and other administrative units in Jammu and Kashmir.
The order will be effective from July 01 in the Union Territory till completion of census 2021. (KNS)
