Srinagar Police on Tuesday attached a double-storeyed residential house along with land worth approximately ₹1.2 crores at Gasoo Hazratbal, belonging to Maqsood Hussain Khan, under the Nasha Mukt Jammu & Kashmir Abhiyan.

The attachment was carried out by Police Station Nigeen under Section 68(F)(1) of the NDPS Act in connection with two FIRs — one from PS Nigeen (2023) and another from PS Ganderbal (2025). The property was identified as illegally acquired through drug trafficking. The owner has been barred from selling, leasing or transferring the property.
