Four government teachers have been suspended in Ganderbal over alleged dereliction of duties at the Transit Camp Manigam during the ongoing Shri Amarnath Yatra.
The action was taken by the Chief Education Officer following a report from the camp's Nodal Officer.
Officials said the suspension will remain in force pending an inquiry into the alleged lapses related to Yatra arrangements.
