Right Track Institute of Technology in north Kashmir’s Baramulla today held a grand function which was attended by students, trainees besides by eminent citizens & distinguished personalities.
On the occasion the Chief General Manager (CGM) NABARD Dr. AK Sood, the Deputy General Manager of NABARD (DGM) Surinder Singh and DDM NABARD Zubair Ahmad Wasil also joined the occasion.
The guests had a close interaction with the audience especially the trainees of various skill development programs like “Accounting practices with GST” and “Repairing and Servicing of Domestic Appliances” which are being structured and run by the “Right Track Institute of Technology Baramulla” under the sponsorship and Patronage of NABARD Govt. Of India.
On this occasion the CGM of NABARD listened to the various demands & requests of the trainees and assured them a favourable response.
The CGM also considered the request of the training center (Right Track Institute of Technology Baramulla) to introduce few more courses especially in the domains of mobile repairing , fashion designing and call center trainings.
Taking cognizance of the demands put in by Trainees & Management of the Institute CGM instantly directed his team to deliberate upon the request of the Training Center and approve the same in view of its scope & viability.
The representatives of NABARD applauded the endeavours put in by the management of “Right Track Institute of Technology “ to conduct these skill development programs efficiently & professionally.
In his concluding remarks the Assistant Director of “Right Track Institute Of Technology, Saima elaborated the overall functioning of skill development programs sponsored by NABARD.
Through a power point presentation she explained how in all the earlier sponsored projects the placement rate has been almost 75%.
While elaborating their Vision the architects of “Right Track Institute Of Technology” emphasized that their main aim happens to be to empower the youths by providing them job avenues & self employment opportunities.
The event concluded with a sincere request to the business community that in case they require well trained Human Resource to run their respective companies they may please approach the Institute for a quality service.
