The Srinagar-Leh highway, which was blocked due to a landslide at Paani Matha Zojilla, has now been cleared and traffic has been restored, officials said.

An official told the news agencyโ€”Kashmir News Observer (KNO), the landslide occurred today, causing a large amount of debris to fall onto the highway. The authorities immediately dispatched teams to the site to clear the debris and restore traffic.

โ€œAfter several hours of hard work, the teams were able to clear the debris and reopen the highway for traffic,โ€ he saidโ€”(KNO)
