Father of People’s Democratic Party(PDP) youth president Waheed Parra has passed away on Thursday, the family said.
Ghulam Ahmad Parra has been battling cancer for more than one year. He was 62. The deceased was a model apple grower in his area. Son of a staunch Congressman, he is survived by three sons and a daughter.
For the last year, Parra was moving from one hospital to another after he was detected with fourth-stage metastatic squamous cell carcinoma.
Authorities prevented his son from accompanying him to the hospitals in Delhi.(KNS).
