Srinagar: Prominent Political Leader from Bandipora and former AIP Advocate Nazir Ahmed Malik joined National Conference today in the presence of NC Working President Omar Abdullah and Senior Leaders at a function organized at Party Head Office, ‘Nawa-e-Subhu’ in Srinagar.
Advocate Nazir Ahmed Malik is a prominent political leader and was previously the General Secretary of the Awami Itehad Party.
Welcoming Advocate Nazir Ahmed Malik and his supporters into the party fold, NC Working President Mr. Omar Abdullah congratulated Advocate Nazir Malik on joining the party and expressed hope in his commitment and dedication to serve the people and also strengthen the party at the grassroots level.
NC General Secretary Ali Muhammad Sagar, Provincial President Nasir Aslam Wani, Party Leaders Chaudhary Muhammad Ramzan, Muhammad Akbar Lone, Qaiser Jamsheed Lone, Aga Syed Yusuf and Sardar Jagdish Singh Azad were also present on the occasion and welcomed Advocate Nazir Ahmed Malik into the party.
Speaking on the occasion, Malik said National Conference was a beacon of hope in an atmosphere of political opportunism and sell-outs that has engulfed the State and deprived its people of their dignity and rights. Advocate Nazir Ahmed Malik said he would work tirelessly to strengthen the party at the grassroots level and take the vision and the mission of the party to every doorstep.
