Srinagar Police has attached a residential house worth approximately ₹1 crore belonging to drug peddler Aamir Hassan Mir of Bonpora Dupatyar, Bijbehara, Anantnag, in connection with a narcotics case registered at Police Station Shergari, Srinagar.
The attachment was carried out under Section 68(F) of the NDPS Act in the presence of the Executive Magistrate Bijbehara.
The property cannot be sold or transferred without prior permission of the competent authority.
