Udaipur, Oct 12 :  As many as 25 people has been injured in a clash allegedly between the communist activists and the BJP supporters in the Southern Tripura under the Kakrabon subdivision.
However, all of the injured has been admitted to the Udaipur district hospital, said police.
The incident took place yesterday while the hearing for the rectification of the voter lists was going on at Mirja Tahashil office.
Later the concerned SDPO Rajendra Dutta accompanied by adequate number of police forces including TSR jawans rushing to the spot has brought the aituatiin under control.
The CPI(M) alleged that the BJP supporter Swapan Kar of the area has dashed one of its party worker identified as Krishna Debnath with his motorcycle near the Tahashil office following which argument took place and later at least 50 youths belonging to the BJP supporters under the leadership of Jitwbdra Majumder, the district Vice President (BJP) has discovered an attack.(UNI)
