“He was beaten by the forces”
Srinagar: Hurriyat (G) spokesman Ayaz Akbar said that while he put under house arrest by police, despite that his house was ransacked by government forces.
Family sources of Akbar told KNS that police, CRPF ransacked his house and beat him and his family members.
“He was beaten ruthlessly and shifted to a hospital,” the sources said.
The family sources said that the neighbors later protested against the forces action.
