SRINAGAR: Rejecting the accusations of misbehaviour, Sub Divisional Magistrate Zainapora Muhammad Sayeed Kataria said: “I visited the hospital (CHC Zainapora) thrice in the last couple of weeks as I was getting complaints continuously about absence of doctors.

“Yesterday I went there after I got a complaint about absence of doctors and their rude behave with the patients. As usual many doctors were found absent without leave.

“The doctors who were present were not in proper uniform, had no name tags, or stethoscope by which patients could identify them as doctors.

“I only instructed the doctors. My tone was high but I did not humiliate or misbehave with any doctor,” he said.
