New Delhi, Jan19: Dense fog engulfed the national capital on Friday morning, affecting the road, rail and air traffic here.Thirty-eight trains were running late while 15 cancelled due to the bad visibility in the Delhi and NCR region.
Air quality in the city was under ‘very poor’ category with an index value of 393 at 1000 hrs, as per the Central Pollution Control Board.
