Srinagar: A woman Hajj pilgrim from south Kashmir’s Tral area died due to cardiac arrest in the holy city Mecca of Saudi Arabia, taking death toll of pilgrims from the J&K to two.
The deceased identified as Hameeda Begum Wife of Ghulam Ahmad resident of Laribal Tral died in Holy city of Mecca due to heart attack, sources in her native village told Kashmir Reader.
Hameeda had gone to perform Hajj with her husband last month.
Pertinently, on Wednesday a Hajj pilgrim from Banihal died in a road mishap in the holy city of Madina in Saudia Arabia.
