Jammu, Dec 20 Good news for Shri Mata Vaishno Devi pilgrims as the board may throw open much awaited Bhawan-Bhairon Ghati cable car from December 25 situated in Trikuta Hills of Katra in Reasi district of Jammu and Kashmir.
Official sources said that the arrangements are in the last leg and the Bhawan-Bhairon Ghati Cable Car may be thrown open for the pilgrims on December 25.
“Before the final commissioning on December 25, the service will be provided free of cost on December 24 to the pilgrims,” sources added.
It is one of the unique cable car projects in the country.
Sources further added that at a time 40 to 45 passengers can board the cable car with their luggage and one-sided fair per person has been fixed at Rs 100.
