Srinagar, Feb 26,: Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal Court Wednesday issued bailable warrants against two doctors for not appearing before the court despite repeated directions.

   In a motor accident case, Dr Altaf Rehman Kirmani posted at Rainawar and Dr Muhammad Maqbool Wani, Department of Neurology SKIMS were earlier summoned to depose their statements as witnesses before the tribunal but despite court directions they didn’t appear till date.

  The Tribunal Court according to Kashmir News Trust directed SHO Police Station Rainawari and SHO Police Station Soura to arrest these doctors and produce them before the court on the next hearing that has been listed on March 16 next month.

  Petitioner was represented by senior Tribunal lawyer Saleem Yousuf. (KNT)
