Ganderbal, Mar 26, KNT: District Hospital Ganderbal here in Central Kashmir Thursday was closed for common patients and converted into fully equipped Covid-19 patients.
Medical Superintendent District Hospital Ganderbal, Dr Mehrajuddin told KNT that they have closed both OPD and IPD in the hospital and converted it into a Covid-19 clinic. He said that no common patient will be treated in the hospital.
Dr Mehrajuddin said that pregnancy cases will be taken care at Primary Health Centre Kachan Kangan which has been fully equipped while surgery cases will be reported to Trauma Hospital Kangan.
โ€œThough no suspected Coronavirus case has been reported from Ganderbal district, still we have equipped ourselves and have created isolation wards at District Hospital Ganderbal,โ€ he told KNT.
