Srinagar, Mar 29, KNT: After terminating a doctor and suspending another, Directorate of Health Services Kashmir has now removed Medical Superintendent, before 2 days of his retirement at JLNM hospital Rainawari here in Srinagar city.

Well placed sources told KNT that the incumbent Medical Superintendent at Rainawari hospital Dr Zakir Khan has been changed and Dr Roshan Kasana has been asked to assume the charge.

Dr Roshan will take charge of the hospital from tomorrow.

An official from Heath Service said that Dr Zakir Khan will attain superannuation on March 31.

Pertinently, yesterday a doctor was terminated while another suspended after a protest was staged by Covid-19 suspects.

JLNM hospital Rainawari is in news for bad reasons these days. Covid-19 suspects allege that they are not being tested and have been huddled in hospital wards.
