Srinagar, June 15 : In a significant decision, the Administrative Council of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir Friday decided that no new appointments in Jammu and Kashmir will be made under SRO-202.
Sources told news agency—Kashmir News Observer (KNO) that the Administrative Council which met today approved the recommendations of a high-powered committee headed by Chief Secretary.
In its recommendations, the committee suggested that no new appointments will be made under SRO-202.
It also recommended that probation period for all appointees under SRO-202 will be reduced to two years –(KNO)
