Baramulla, July 31, : A ‘speedy’ vehicle crushed a minor boy to death in North Kashmir’s Baramulla district on Monday morning.
The incident happened at Duroo village of Sopore town.
Reports said that both the brothers-residents of Hardshiva Sopore were critically injured after being hit by a speeding car.
They were moved to Sub District Hospital Sopore where Junaid Sultan was declared dead by doctors.
Another injured is being treated at the hospital. Police have registered a formal case in this regard.
Meanwhile, a motorcyclist died after his motorcycle fell in a deep gorge in Baramulla.
Police said that a motorcycle (JK13A-4270) driven by Mohsin Ahmad Magray son of Abdul Rashid Magray resident of Shraie Tangmarg fell in a deep gorge while on way from Drang to Tangmarg, Baramulla, resulting in his on spot death. After completion of all medico-legal formalities, the body of the deceased was handed over to his legal heirs for last rites. Baramulla police has registered a case in this regard.
