Budgam, 05 Nov,: Three teenagers were seriously injured on Thursday, when a motorcyclist lost control over his bike and met with an accident in the Pymus area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district.

A police official told news agency KDC that a motorcyclist riding a bike without registration number lost his control over the bike and skidded off the road in Pymus area of Budgam, with the result he and two pillion riders riding with him got seriously injured.

The biker was identified as Aqib Farooq Dar son of Farooq Ahmed resident of Dharmuna, while the pillion riders were identified as Abrar Gulzar Bhat son of Gulzar Ahmed and Arshad Ahmed Lone son of Ab Rashid both residents of Pymus Budgam.

The injured trio, all between the age group of 18 to 19 years, was rushed to a nearby hospital, where doctors referred them to SMHS Hospital Srinagar, where they are presently undergoing treatment.

Police have taken the cognizance of the accident, and further investigation has been set in motion. (KDC)
