Srinagar: Global Youth Corps, a non for profit organisation based in UT of Jammu and Kashmir continues “Project Breathe”. Gyc is the first organisation in J&K which introduced UNSDG’S of mission 2030. The organisation is working tirelessly from March 2020 to help hundreds of covid-19 effected patients across the valley. So far we have distributed thousands of N95 Masks across 6 Districts and we are providing oxygen concentrators in srinagar through our amalgam unit. Though, the demand for oxygen concentrators is too high ever since the second wave of covid-19 hit everywhere. We are channeling to make oxygen concentrators available in coming few days said Muzamil Maqbool, founder Global Youth Corps. In addition to this, Global Youth Corps is a pioneer in working on #sdg4 (education) and is the only and first organisation in J&K to launch Global Citizen Service, a fellowship in education where university students across India were volunteering in various schools to enhance quality education system in kashmir.
