Srinagar, Apr 20: Principal Secretary Power and Information and Official Spokesperson of Jammu and Kashmir government,Rohit Kansal announced that he has tested positive for COVID-19 on Thursday.
Taking to Twitter, Kansal wrote: “After dodging the Coronavirus for the entire last year, I have tested positive today; have some symptoms- but my spirits are high. #WeShallOvercome.”
