SRINAGAR, FEB 14 : Army resorted to aerial firing in Kareemabad village of south Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Wednesday after youth hurled stones on their vehicle.

Sources said that a group of youths attacked the army vehicle with stones in Kareemabad village today morning. They said that army troopers fired a couple of rounds in the air to chase away the youth.

A resident of Kareemabad said that the stone-pelting continued for some time. However, there was no report of any injuries. (PTK)
