SRINAGAR, APR 12 : State General Secretary J&K Youth Congress Sheikh Aamir Rasool today demanded that the culprits of the heinous crime should be given most strict punishment for a shaming the humanity so that no one ever dares to even thinks about it.
He said CM Mehbooba Mufti had assured In assembly that culprits of the heinous be punished but after two of her cabinet ministers were part of the communal protests that were arranged and allowed to take place has given birth to various apprehensions.
He said that Mehbooba Govt should prove that it’s not involved in the design by removing two ministers who were part of communal protests and case should be immediately shifted from Kathua Court to any other court for the sake of free and fair trial.
