Agartala, May 23 : While preparing for introduction of 7th central pay commission (CPC) for Tripura employees, the BJP-IPFT government is debating over implement 56 (J) of Fundamental Rule and Supplementary Rule (FRSR) to improve the work culture in the offices.

According to report, Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb has agreed to implement the provision of FRSR and asked the respected head of the departments to prepare annual performance appraisal report for each of the employees and review it every six months.

As per 56 (J) of FRSR, if the government found the service and performance of any employee above 50 yrs is not satisfactory and the service of that particular person is not required at the stage, he or she can be sent to retirement with three months notice or three months salary in advance.Agencies
