Mukatsar, 17 Jun  : As Punjab chief minister captain Amarinder Singh directed forest department to persuade rural people and respectable for planting trees even in their houses having vacant places so that Punjab could be made green by planting maximum trees to make environment clean and also under mission of head of Tandrust Punjab.
Accordingly the Mukatsar District forest officer Baljeet Singh Brar and Baljinder Singh Bangi forest range officer in the presence of Karn Kaur Brar Ex. MLA Launched the schemes by planting trees in village Jhambelwali of Sri Mukatsar Sahib on Saturday.
The scheme was launched from the house of one Jaspal Singh of the village.The forest officer and Karn Brar appealed people who were present at the inaugural function of tree planting even to make houses green.They all appealed people to plant trees in their houses and vacant places of the village.
The forest range officer Baljinder Singh Bangi assured villagers to help the ruralities in tree planting.The forest department to cover all the villagers by holding such for functions to educate and persuade the rural people by planting more and more tree planting to make their houses and village green and environment clean.
