Srinagar: Police last night arrested at least ten youths in south Kashmir’s Pulwama town during nocturnal raids, sources said.
They said that the arrests have been made on the charges of stone pelting and protests.
The arrests were made in areas including Chatapora, Dalipora, New Colony and Prichoo.
SSP Pulwama Mohammad Aslam Choudhary told Kashmir Reader that at least 10 youth were arrested during nocturnal raids last night in Pulwama areas.
He said that the arrested youth were involved in stone pelting, protests, grenade attacks and other militancy related incidents.(Agencies)
