Srinagar: B B Vyas Saturday assumed office as Advisor to Governor at civil Secretariat Srinagar.
He was welcomed by senior officers at the Civil Secretariat.
Vyas was till recently holding the post of Chief Secretary, Government of Jammu and Kashmir.
An IAS officer of 1986 batch J&K Cadre, Vyas has earlier served as Principal Secretary to different Chief Ministers, Financial Commissioner and Administrative Secretary in Planning and Development Department.(Agencies)
